Delivery Lead Time

Our lead time is usually around 3-5 working days from approval of artwork to despatch of your order. The design time frame will be subject to sight of design and complexity of the artwork.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via courier service on a next working day signed for delivery. For urgent orders we offer premium deliveries such as pre 10.30am or a same day courier service.

Express Turnaround

We offer an express turnaround service for those really urgent orders at additional cost. The final delivery time depends upon the quantity of crystal pieces you need, the complexity of the 3D model you require, any optional extras you would like such as wooden bases, colour print or branded sleeves.
